The Pacific Prepares to Sell Its Very High-End Row Houses

New, 5 comments

We've been calling The Pacific the most anticipated new development of 2016 for some time, and today the super-luxury building in the heart of Pacific Heights got one step closer to launch as its official website—including a documentary-style video about the development (stills are below)—went live. Sales of the Row House Collection, which is made up of 10 townhouse-style homes, will begin this month.

The Row Houses will have either three or four stories each, and floor plans are available for both options. The four-story homes will include three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, cathedral ceilings, a top floor lounge, and a private terrace. The three-story version will also have three-bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, cathedral ceilings, and a private garden.

Although the Row Houses may feel more like separate homes than part of a condo building, their new owners will, of course, have access to all of The Pacific's amenities. They range from a full guest suite that can be reserved for visitors to an observatory lounge and a fitness studio complete with yoga garden on the 8th floor. Pricing hasn't been announced yet, but last year rumors were flying that prices could hit $3,000 per square foot. Sales for The Pacific Residences in the main building will begin this spring.
