Opening in 2006 as a residential conversion, the titularly ritzy units at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in downtown San Francisco have, as of late, cried out for a more sleek and contemporary feel. Well, that interior wish has been granted as 19 freshly made over condos have just been released inside the luxe high-rise.
The new units have been redesigned to feature modern flourishes like as new wide-plank oak floors, new lighting, Kohler Purist fixtures, and other gloriously antiseptic aesthetics that, while not usually a fit inside turn-of-the-century Victorians and Edwardians, look more than fitting inside the Market Street high-rise.
Vanguard Properties will be in charge of sales should anyone with a few million or so wish for a new pad. Right now these condos are asking anywhere between $2.3 to $2.7 million.
Behold.
