This week, the massive Christmas tree went up in the city's most noted square, much to the chagrin of many who haven’t even selected the perfect side for Thanksgiving dinner. Cornbread stuffing? Funeral potatoes? Turnip gratin? How can one make such gastronomical decisions when faced with the early onslaught of Christmas? It’s all but impossible.
