Spoiler: The buyer was probably born after the film’s release

The Pacific Heights house used in Robin Williams’ hit flick Mrs. Doubtfire (1993) has finally found a buyer. The stunning 1893 Victorian masterpiece at 2640 Steiner landed on the market in September for a cool $4,450,000, selling for a touch under its asking price.

Designed by Joachim B. Mathison, the three-story home features with four beds, three and a half baths, and approximately 3,300 square feet.

Previously owned by Dr. Douglas Ousterhout, the country’s leading surgeon in facial feminization for transgender women, the tony home’s exterior steps were used as a memorial shrine to the Robin Williams who died in 2014. It also almost went up in flames in 2015.

It sold for $4,150,000.
