Hunter Pence Catches a $4.25M Millennium Tower Condo

New, 3 comments

San Francisco Giants' outfielder Hunter Pence is clearly a big fan of the luxury Millennium Tower building. In 2014, he bought a one-bedroom in the building from legendary quarterback Joe Montana. Now, the San Jose Mercury News reports that the buyer of a $4.25 million condo in the building that closed back in October was also Pence. The 51st-floor unit has floor-to-ceiling windows with Bay Bridge views, two bedrooms, and three full bathrooms.

While the condo itself boasts dramatic views, it's the amenities that really make the Millennium shine. The listing for Pence's new condo touts the building's 20,000 square foot club level, the movie theater, the wine tasting room, fitness center, 75-foot heated indoor pool, and children's playroom. It's unclear if Pence will actually be living in the condo himself, but Millennium residents will surely be on the lookout for him around the building's many common areas.
