Rockwell Is 80 Percent Sold as Its West Tower Tops Out

New, 1 comment

We've been keeping a close eye on the 259-unit Rockwell building since it started sales last spring. The Lower Pacific Heights building designed by Kwan Henmi sits in a prime location next to Whole Foods, and sales have been brisk. Now, with the West Tower topped out, the building is 80 percent sold. The East Tower is expected to top out in February, and first move-ins will happen by September.

So what's still available at the Rockwell? There are one-bedrooms starting at $670,000, one-bedrooms with dens starting at $998,000, and two-bedrooms beginning at $1.05 million. There is also a three-bedroom penthouse, the only one of that size available, listed at $3.105 million. Building amenities include a grand solarium, an owners' club, a fitness center, a sky lounge, and a sky terrace.
