Noe Valley Compound Tucked Among Palms Asks $3.395M

New, 6 comments

These days, most multi-million dollar Noe Valley homes are slick and modern, often flipped from whatever state they were in a few years ago. 1060 Church Street, which just hit the market asking $3.395 million, is nothing like that. Its listing calls it a one-of-a-kind compound, and we don't disagree. The main house is tucked among what feels like tropical vegetation, and there is also a cottage and a separate two-car garage on the property.

The main home's interiors are nice, but nothing particularly swoon-worthy. The decks, however, which sit beneath pergolas and among the fronds of palm trees, are to die for. And the cottage in the yard may look sort of like a trailer home from the outside, but inside it's a charming guesthouse complete with a small kitchen and charming tiled bathroom. It's really the full package of this property that makes it worth the multimillion dollar price tag.
