Lux on 24th is a development in a prime Noe Valley spot on 24th Street (as the name suggests) and was brought to market with some fanfare last fall. The two townhomes and one flat are all sleek, shiny, and modern, with three bedrooms each and lots of flat fireplaces and marble finishes. Some buyers might think they lack personality, which is perhaps why all of their prices have just been dropped by seven to eight percent.
The three residences were pulled from the MLS back in December, but BuzzBuzzHome confirmed with selling agent Vanguard Properties that none had sold and that prices had fallen to between $1.995 and $2.195 million. Another thing that could be keeping buyers away is lack of parking. Although the location is very walkable to everything in Noe, there's not really a viable street parking option on 24th thanks to meters and regular street cleaning.
