35 New Condos Rising at Hayes Valley's One Franklin

New, 11 comments

The parking lot at the corner of Page and Franklin streets in Hayes Valley has been approved for new housing since 2010, and now the eight-story building is finally getting ready to rise. A new website for the development, named One Franklin, launched this morning, and postings advertising the building have gone up around the construction site. When One Franklin is finished, it will hold 35 new condos that will range from studios to two-bedrooms.

The building, which comes from developer JS Sullivan, will include many of the amenities expected of new construction in the city. There will be a second floor courtyard and a sixth floor deck with a barbecue. The building has also created partnerships with businesses like Uber, Hello Alfred—a butler service, Luxe—the on-demand valet company, and Luke's Local—a local grocery delivery service. Units themselves will have oak floors, quartz countertops, and air-conditioning.
