It's not quite spring selling season yet, but 2016's first smattering of big fancy homes hit the market over the weekend. The largest of them all was actually a repeat from late 2015 but with a slightly higher price for the new year. The shingle-covered 3323 Clay Street was after $11 million last fall, but delisted in November. It's now back and looking for $11.25 million.
The six-bedroom house comes with a prime Presidio Heights location and lots and lots of marble. It's technically a two-unit building, with a main three-story house up above and a one-bedroom garden apartment on the lower level. There's an elevator traveling between all of those levels and designer finishes everywhere. So will 2016 be this big old home's lucky year?
