Paying for Parks

A ballot measure planned for a June 2016 vote would bring in $45 million for the city's parks and open spaces. Limited details are available about the measure, but some of the money could be used to purchase new space for parks around the city while other funds would go toward infrastructure. Currently, $2.2 million added to the city's open space acquisition fund each year. [SF Examiner]
