First Look at the Floor Plans for 1450 Franklin's New Condos

New, 7 comments

On Franklin and Bush streets a thirteen-story high-rise has been quietly rising since last year. The building received its approvals way back in 2008, was delayed due to the economy, and now is set to start sales of its 67 condos sometime this coming winter. Renderings and information about its eventual amenities has been scarce, but floor plans for the sixty-seven residences have been released, and they're pretty roomy by San Francisco newly-constructed condo standards. One-bedrooms start at a compact 691 square feet but go up to a large 1,173 square feet for a unit with two bathrooms, a separate dining room, and a massive wraparound balcony. The smallest two-bedroom has 1,076 square feet, while the largest has 1,585. The four penthouses each have three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and up to 2,076 square feet of space. Marketing hasn't really kicked into full swing for the building, but early efforts claim that its location is Pacific Heights. Its Bush Street location actually puts it firmly into the Western Addition, but it is only two blocks from the Franklin Street Whole Foods.
