There's also only one parking spot. The home originally set a big $2.895 million asking price, but fairly quickly took a big drop down to $2.3 million.

Despite its shortcomings, the Edwardian is really quite stunning. Period details like built-ins with leaded glass windows and wainscoting are paired with upgrades like an elegantly modern kitchen. A white staircase and fireplace with a big wooden mantle serve as feature points. The small backyard is built around a little fire pit, and landings overlooking the yard offer room to grill.
