On to Offices

Developer Trumark Urban has been busily putting up condos all over San Francisco and has now filed preliminary plans to build its first office building in the city. The proposed nine-story office building at 598 Bryant Street in SoMa would include a 4,000 square-foot amenity deck and 3,300 square feet of ground floor retail. Because the entire building clocks in at just under 50,000 square feet, it would be exempt from the Proposition M cap that limits large office project development in the city. [SF Business Times]
