For two years straight, the Silicon Valley town of Atherton has reigned as the most expensive zip code for home buyers in the nation. This year it was deposed by the Hamptons town of Sagaponack, New York. According to data from January 2014 to June 2015 collected by real estate website PropertyShark, Sagaponack's median sale price was $5.125 million, besting Atherton's $5.05 million. Yay?
