Just two weeks ago, the first resale at Nob Hill's Marlow building hit the market asking a hefty $1.89 million for its two bedrooms and 1,120 square feet. Despite the frenzied desire for the building when it was selling in 2013 and 2014, this unit couldn't bring in such a big price and has already cut its ask to $1.75 million. That's still $1,562 per square, which is a big jump up from the average $1,060 per square price that Marlow units received when they were sold by the developer. [Previously, Redfin]
