Buyers who won a lottery to purchase the below-market-rate units at 35 Dolores have been allegedly unable to close on or move into their new apartments, although market-rate units opened up months ago for residents. The delays seem to stem from construction problems that need to be remedied, though SFist points out that those issues somehow did not affect move-ins for the market-rate units. Lightner Property Group, the building's developer, has agreed to pay extra costs incurred by BMR buyers because of the delays, but there is no official word on a move-in date. [SFist]
