Park Tower, the 43-story skyscraper recently approved for Transbay Block 5, has officially received its office-space allotment under Prop M, clearing the way for the project to break ground in the fall and commence vying for office tenants alongside the Salesforce Tower and 181 Fremont. The Business Times predicts that Park Tower will be competitive, since it has the largest floor plates of the three, making it all the more attractive to tech companies.
