Flipped Mission Victorian Resurfaces on Craigslist Asking $15,000 per Month

New, 1 comment

After the lovely Queen Anne revival home at 507 Capp Street was restored by flippers back in 2013, it sold for a big $3.525 million price. However, the buyers of the five-bedroom house don't seem to be living there, given that it popped up on Craigslist last week asking $15,000 a month in rent, as Capp Street Crap discovered. That means that even if a group decided to rent it out and share it, they'd still be paying $3,000 per room to live on a block which is, as a commenter noted back in 2013, "one of those entrenched spaces for street prostitution."
