Back in April, a remodeled Russian Hill co-op listed for a steep $9.95 million, after selling in 2012 for $4.98 million. Out went the traditional chandeliers and old kitchen; in went the pale, sleek variety of wood floors that seems to be ubiquitous in remodels, among other improvements that will help the home "showcase art."
