This is the week for prodigious amounts of outdoor space, apparently. Here we have a three-bedroom penthouse condo on Miller Place, the wee alley off Sacramento on the edge of Chinatown, with a fulsome 2,200 square feet of outdoor deck space high in the sky above the city. There are views of the Transamerica Pyramid, the bay, and, well, everything else. The interior is just slightly bigger, with 3,197 square feet of space. There are also four and a half bathrooms, though none are pictured.
There are three parking spots associated with the condo, and the HOA fees are a steep $2,306/month.
For some reason, the brokerbabble has alighted on a superhero theme, promising "Superman's Lair has been found! (Or Wonder woman's)." Maybe you have to have superpowers to locate the bathroom?
