$1M Yerba Buena Condo Promises You'll Never Have to Leave the Terrace Again

In a neighborhood not exactly known for yards or any other type of generous outdoor space, this two-bedroom terrace (sorry!) condo in Yerba Buena has turned our heads. Located at 829 Folsom, a nine-story, 69-unit mid-rise that went up in 2010, the fifth-floor unit has a prodigious south-facing deck, with direct access (not to mention full walls of glass) from each bedroom. From the looks of things, the deck actually seats more people than the living room, so investing in good outdoor furniture is more crucial than even liking your couch.

The condo has maple wood floors and kitchen finishes that are probably not destined to be universally liked, and carpeting in the bedrooms (boo).
