So, this bathroom. Here on the corner of Van Ness and Greenwich, in the underarm nook of Lombard, is a one-bedroom condo in the Marina Chateau asking $698K. For the most part, the condo has a somber gunmetal-and-taupe palette going on, but it all goes sideways in the one and only bathroom, whose dramatic tiled pink archway trimmed (subtly!) in green gives it the affect of seeming to audition for the box cover art of Lucky Charms.
