The owners of a Los Gatos clothing-optional resort and two of their employees have been issued felony charges for illegally diverting water from a local creek. The resort, Lupin Lodge, has been hit hard by the drought, and so its owners and employees installed water lines into nearby Hendry's Creek to pipe water to their lodge. The defendants initially asked the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District if they could install the lines, but after being told that they could not they trespassed and diverted the water anyway.
