After redeveloping the old Mid-Market furniture mart into the Twitter headquarters we know today, developer Shorenstein Properties is quietly offering the building for sale, the San Francisco Business Times reports. If a sale goes through, the building could command one of the highest prices for an office complex in San Francisco's history. Shorenstein bought the property for $110 million in 2011, invested $300 million in the renovation, and is reportedly looking for more than $800 million from new investors.
