Both lofts owned by the late artist and graphic designer Rex Ray at the Allied Box Factory in the Mission have officially changed hands. As you recall, Ray lived in the upper loft and worked in the lower; both went on the market asking $989K each, with the option to acquire some of Ray's artwork and furniture for an unspecified additional price. The upper loft sold for $1.376 million and the lower changed hands for $1.402 million. The art is still available, listing agent Tim Graffigna tells us. [Curbed inbox; Redfin; previously]
