Pricechopper

The ornate Parisian-style Nob Hill one-bedroom with red-lacquered walls, black-and-white marble floors, and leopard-print carpet that went up for sale asking $1.695 million back in February hasn't yet found a buyer and has chopped its price by $200,000 to land at $1.495 million. The apartment's interiors were designed by Thomas Britt and have been featured in Architectural Digest. The place is totally over the top but somehow works, so we hope the new price helps it seduce someone with its unsubtle charms. [Previously; Redfin]
