The former storage building at 15th and Mission completed its conversion into condos late last year, and now all but two of the building's 39 units have been snapped up. The development was spearheaded by Vanguard broker Rusty Wadatz, of Rusty Wadatz Design, and a private developer. Wadatz wanted the condos to feel like a boutique hotel with a Euro and possibly LA vibe, although Wadatz himself seems a bit divided on how much of an LA influence he really wants to cop to. (He could have meant L@?)

With a big rooftop heated pool surrounded by deck chairs, potted palms, and fluorescent pink awnings, the place is feeling pretty LA to us. Inside, the halls are painted black, and the units are adorned with gold door handles and house numbers from Heath Ceramics.
Both of the units that remain are two-bedrooms of just under 800 square feet. Unit 404 is asking $935,000 and comes with parking, a big asset if you want a car in this busy neighborhood. Unit 410 is asking $845,000 and does not include parking. Residents of both units will have radiant floors, Ann Sacks tile, and high-end appliances. Other building amenities include a dog run and a resident lounge. HOAs are in the $400 range.
