When V20, the new 18-condo building on the corner of Valencia and 20th in the Mission, quietly announced preregistration last August, we had a feeling that pricing would be less understated than the project's fairly low-key marketing. The V20 condos are being released this weekend, and pricing is indeed quite heady. Units are all two- and three-bedrooms, with the top-floor units laid out as two-story townhomes that include multiple private terraces and a roof deck. The smallest unit is 1,226 square feet, while the townhomes average 1,565 square feet. Pricing starts at $1.696 million and heads on up to $2.795 million, putting it somewhere in the range of $1,500 and above per square.
Some of the condos at V20 have already been sold to buyers who preregistered on the property's website. Given the building's wildly trendy location and spacious layouts, we imagine that the ones that remain won't be around long. The building was designed by Kerman Morris Architects and is fairly light on amenities, although there is a common garden on the second floor. Parking is underground, and there is ground-floor retail that could become a Sutter Health center.
