Last July, a one-bedroom with stunning bricks-and-timber bones at the Clock Tower Lofts listed for $999,000. The condo struggled to sell, finally going for just $875,000 in late October. Now, just over five months later, the unit is back with a brand new kitchen, two new bathrooms, and a new $1.199 price tag. Everything else, from the exposed beams in the ceiling to the big, arched windows surrounding by brick have stayed the same. There does now appear to be some sort of hammock hanging in one of those windows, although there's no word on if it comes included in the sale.
