Woodsy Greenwich Steps Condo Asks a Not-So-Rustic $2.8M

$2.8 million is a huge price for a two-bedroom condo with no parking, even in always-pricey Telegraph Hill. However, the two-bedroom at 335 Greenwich Street that just listed for that price isn't just any old condo. It sits just off of the Greenwich Steps, adjacent to the greenery that surrounds Coit Tower, and its wooden facade fits perfectly with the rustic surroundings. The interiors are also primarily wood, with plank ceilings and exposed beams everywhere. The place feels like a mountain cabin, but one entire side is made up of two stories of windows that look out across the bay.

The condo only gets more amazing up on the roof deck. Coit Tower is perched right in the backyard, with just some trees and shrubbery sitting in between the deck and the landmark. A balcony off the main level provides even more outdoor space and takes advantage of those water views. Even without the views, the condo would be rather remarkable. There are three fireplaces, including a big stone one in the main room, a floating wood staircase that spirals around a big log column, and two stories of curtains lining the wall of windows.
