Until it was unseated today by a 265-square-foot Cow Hollow TIC, this 291-square-foot SoMa condo asking $299K was the smallest residence for sale in San Francisco. According to one commenter who put in a bid on the micro-property, there were a couple of all-cash offers in the mid-$400s. Now the place is in contract, and a tipster tells us that the pending sale price is $400K, not quite what the commenter described, but nevertheless a full $101K over the asking price, if our tipster's right. We would be hiding under the Murphy bed, if we had the strength to get it down from the wall. [Previously; Redfin]
