Berkeley is undergoing its own building boomlet, and a 99-unit rental building on Dwight Way is the latest residential project to break ground in the city. When finished in summer 2016, the development will have a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, and will feature amenities like a roof deck and a dog-washing station. The units are among the 1,400 currently either going through approvals or under construction in Berkeley. [SF Business Times]
