Stunning Comstock One-Bedroom Lists for a Stunning $2.495M

New, 4 comments

The most expensive one-bedroom on the market right now is at the Comstock in Nob Hill. With floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over Twin Peaks, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Coit Tower, it feels more like a live-in observation deck than a place to stash your toothbrush. Amid the crazy trend of one-bedrooms asking more than $1 million, unit 806 is a standout, though it's not the most expensive we've spotted ever. (In the not-too-distant past we've seen a unit at 1200 California list for more, and a Milennium Tower penthouse offered for a flat $2.5 million.) Still! We remain floored by this one, view-wise and price-wise.
