Spotted today in Bernal Heights: After a Lama family landlord raised tenant Deb Follingstad's rent by $6,755 under sketchy circumstances, someone taped up a sign on the door of a shuttered grocery owned by the landlord's family. At the old Reliable Grocery on Cortland Avenue and Bocana Street, an Instagram user snapped this shot of a cardboard sign reading "Shame on You." The grocery had been a neighborhood institution until its closure in July.
