The rent-controlled tenants of 1135 Guerrero Street say that their new landlord has begun bullying them in an effort to make them move out, using tactics like accusing a 70-year-old grandmother who lives in the building of dealing drugs. Other renters say that their Internet cables have been cut and their mail delivery has been stopped. The lawyer for the landlord, who owns nine other buildings around the city, says that the tenants are just "troublemakers." [CBS San Francisco]
