The dusky pink Queen Anne at 2604 Pacific, designed by Samuel Newsom and built in 1889, has officially changed hands for $10.995 million. The turreted six-bed, six-and-a-half-bath property first landed on the market back in October to the delight of us and mini-castle fetishists with heavy bank balances. Inside, the Victorian is just as stately, with a filigreed railing on the stair, fat moldings, and a traditional fireplace. Congrats to the buyer, who paid a princely (but not kingly!) $45K over the original ask.
