A Georgian mansion with heavy fire damage just landed on the market as a "fixer opportunity" seeking $5.495 million. The damage is, presumably, extensive enough that staging was a nonstarter, so no interior pictures accompany the listing. The MLS listing calls the home a five-bedroom with three and a half baths, but the property's official website notes that conceptual drawings exist for a six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bath house with space for a wine cellar and family room behind the three-car garage. Sadly there's no open house to crash; showings are by appointment only. We're kind of dying to see inside, though. Millionaire friends of Curbed, won't you please snap us a pic?
