Ken Fulk-Designed The Harrison Ready to Launch in Rincon Hill

New, 1 comment

What is about to become The Harrison started its life as the north tower at One Rincon Hill, a building full of very expensive and very fancy rentals. It sat mostly empty for months and sold last summer to a new partnership that includes Maximus Real Estate Partners. The 298-unit luxury tower is now gearing up to try again, but this time as a condo building with interiors newly designed by the wildly popular Ken Fulk, the designer responsible for clubs like The Battery and hotels like the Mark Hopkins.

The 48-story building includes a redesigned Sky Lounge that is being marketed as "an exclusive gathering spot to share in and experience the city's great assets…while enjoying the company of world-renowned chefs, remarkable wine, art, and entertainment." Fulk, who designed the space along with other public spaces in the building, notes that the design is meant to reflect a grand private residence rather than a typical condo building. Other amenities include a fitness center, a conference room, a pool, outdoor terraces, and an onsite concierge. No photos of Fulk's designs are available yet, but we'll be sure to keep you posted once the building is ready to show off its new look.
