The last time we checked in on the big new rental building at 101 Polk—now known as The Civic—it was about to start renting, but pricing hadn't been released yet. Now that units are up for rent, there's quite a bit of pricing available, and not even a studio can be had for less than $3,220 a month. Prices go right on up from there and top out at a $5,560 per month for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on the 11th floor.
The studio offered at $3,220 does have a separate sleeping area, although it comes without a door, and you have to pass through the "bedroom" to get from the front door to the living room. One-bedrooms start at $3,350 per month for a 515-square-foot space (yes, that's small) and go up to $3,700 a month for 626 square feet. Available two-bedrooms start at $4,590 for 751 square feet, while that $5,560 two-bedroom has 1,004 square feet of space. Amenities include a gym, a roof deck, and a grill deck.
