Posh Nob Hill Apartment Elegantly Enters Market, Asks $3.75M

This Nob Hill condominium is as elegant as a finely-tailored suit. It's the color of most suits too, with soft shades of gray throughout, dotted by pops of bright red and blue and touches of exotic stone. But, given the magnificent views of beloved San Francisco icons (Huntington Park, Grace Cathedral, Coit Tower), it could be hard to decide where to look first: at the vibrant blue cabinets topped by a chandelier or at the scenes outside the window. If you choose the kitchen, check out the 10-foot-long island and the Macauba granite counters and backsplash. If you are drawn to the scenery, step out on the balcony to take in the architecture and the landscape.

There two bedrooms, each with a bath. The former owner must have had a fondness for high-end stone, because each bath has plenty. One has dark-hued marble, the other has white marble with gray veins. Both have floor tile with cool, unconventional patterns. Natural stone makes another star appearance in the living room, where it makes up the polished fireplace surround.

This apartment is in one of those stately buildings that reminds a person of New York or Chicago, but a look out the window lets you know exactly where you are in the City by the Bay.
