Pac Heights Townhouse Perfectly Captures One of Those Divine Recent Sunsets in Listing Photos

San Francisco's skies have lit up with some phenomenal Indian Summer sunsets over the past few weeks. A just-listed townhouse in Pacific Heights is trying to make the most of the brilliant colors by prominently featuring perfectly-captured sunset views in its marketing photos. The townhouse boasts a roof deck with Bay views that were made truly dramatic by the recent light shows in the sky. Hopefully its $4.85 million asking price comes with some sort of guarantee of at least a few brilliant sunsets per year.

The house is pretty nice inside, as well. It has four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, a paneled library, and a prime location on Divisadero just off of Broadway. The bedrooms have big French doors, and every interior detail is flawless. The only thing that seems to be missing is parking, which is a big deal for such a pricey home. The sellers likely hope that all those sunset pictures will distract potential buyers from the lack of a garage.
