Back in August, we showed you all the floor plans for the new condos at the seven-story LuXe building at 1650 Broadway, between Van Ness and Franklin. Now the sales office for LuXe is officially open and 15 of the 34 units are being released. Pricing starts at $1.15 million for a one-bedroom, 816-square-foot unit that, according to the sales team, has some Bay and Golden Gate Bridge Views. One-bedrooms come with a den and minimum of 1.5 baths. Two-bed, two-bath units with two private patios begin at $1.25 million, and three-bedrooms start at $2.095 million. Every unit comes with one parking spot, and units with two or more bedrooms get a priority option to purchase a second spot. Amenities include a two-story lobby and a community meeting and gathering room.
Prices per square foot appear to start in the $1,130 range and head dramatically up from there, with most available units priced at $1,300 per square or above. The penthouse units are, of course, the priciest. While marketing agent Pillar Capital says that prices are released upon request, we've heard rumors that they are in the $5 million range. Those units each come with two parking spots, two private terraces that aren't included in official square footage, and incredible views of the Bay, the Golden Gate Bridge, and downtown.
According to Pillar, five out of the 15 released units are already in the process of drafting a purchase contract.
