It's a Dog

The upper section of Noe Valley's Douglass Park is closed due to flooding just a few months after installing a new drainage system. After the December storms, the park—which is primarily a dog park—was covered in rainwater. The turf was also damaged from overuse during its few months open. City officials say that the park will be reopened by spring. [SFGate]
