After just 10 months in operation, the Coachman, Charles Phan's British-inspired SoMa eatery, will have its last seating tonight. It seems the restaurant never found its audience, despite an inventive menu and well-appointed interiors by Olle Lundberg, who fashioned the big wall-mounted hunk o' glass at right and filled it with different varieties of honey. We're sad for Phan—who also runs South, the restaurant at SFJAZZ—but also sort of dying to know who will get to take home the honey wall? [Eater SF]
