Just over three months ago, flippers picked up a four-bed, two-bath, Eichler for $979,000, according to property records. There are no prior listing photos to comb through, so we're not sure how many of the changes are brand new to the property, which has re-emerged with an ask of $1.35 million. But at some point the kitchen wall came out and a sliding roof went in over the patio. The ceilings are painted white, and there's polished concrete on the patio, tile inside, and fresh-looking carpeting in the bedrooms. What once might've been globe lights have been changed out for more modern fixtures that sit rather awkwardly against the wood-plank ceilings. The kitchen's totally new, with up-to-date appliances, new tile on the wall, and a non-midcentury-size refrigerator—but no sign of a wine fridge.
