Last Week's Biggest Sales: Barely Cracking $2 Million

Listed for: $2.199M
Received: $2.2M
Size: 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,268-square-foot condo
Location: 301 Main St, Unit 30A, South Beach
The skinny: This unit on the 30th floor of the Infinity, which brought in just over $1.624 million at its first sale back in 2008, saw a boost of more than $500K over the old sale price. It's got views of the bay and a terrace that's almost large enough to be its own micro-unit. All the touted finishes are there—dark hardwoods, stone counters—as are the amenities, from the indoor lap pool and gym to the "24/7 lobby ambassadors," who, with any luck, can answer pressing middle-of-the-night questions like whether that large artwork hanging in the shower is indeed waterproof.

Listed for: $1.688M
Received: $1.688M
Size: 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,090-square-foot condo
Location: 88 King St, Unit 1218, South Beach
The skinny: This two-bedroom at the Towers looks like a really lovely hotel suite, but with some bay windows thrown in so you can remember what time zone you're in. Last sold in 2005 for $1.325 million, the unit has some wood accents in the living room and the usual switch to carpet in the bedrooms. The brokerbabble touts "resort-style amenities" like a heated pool and spa and a barbecue with a fireplace.

Listed for: $1.695M
Received: $1.655M
Size: 3-bed, 2.5-bath, 1,976-square-foot TIC
Location: 2797 Bryant St, Mission District
The skinny: This three-bedroom penthouse takes the indoor/outdoor thing to heart with a wood terrace linking the living area with the master bedroom. The deck stairs cut into the living room with a wedge-like slice of floor-to-ceiling glass. The other rooms are, alas, more boring—which the prior owner perhaps compensated for by going a little wild with confetti tile. We'll just say we really, really hope that's the new owner's car parked out front.
