Park Lane, SF's $100M TIC, Finally Shows Off Pics of Its Units

New, 1 comment

Units at San Francisco's $100 million Nob Hill tenancy-in-common conversion, the Park Lane, have been slowly coming onto the market for more than a year, but pictures of the units themselves have been hard to come by. Three three-bedrooms briefly came on the market back in November, but all three were delisted after just a few weeks. Now, two have reappeared with more extensive photos, including shots of the building's ornate lobby, the units' kitchens, and a master bedroom with stunning views of Coit Tower.

The larger of the two units, #508, is asking $4.595 million for three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Its master bedroom has big windows with soaring views of the city, unlike the lower #308, where views are primarily of nearby buildings. Also a three-bedroom, #308 is asking $3.195 million for 2,519 square feet, a size that is nearly identical to #508. Neither unit was on the market for long back in November, and neither has taken a price cut upon relisting. On top of the high prices are breathtaking HOA dues of around $2,370 per month for each apartment.
