After its drubbing in San Francisco and subsequent relocation to the Midwest, George Lucas's proposed Museum of Narrative Arts continues to face a chilly reception in Chicago. So much so that the Star Wars creator and Space Mountain copycat has lately threatened to take his museum to Los Angeles. The far more showbiz-loving, vanity-project-friendly LA offered a spot in Exposition Park, near the University of Southern California and the California Science Center, though the city's hospitality could yet be a pawn in the filmmaker's clever plan to ultimately woo his second love, Chicago.
