Coit Tower is closed for the second day straight while media company Logan films a commercial via drone. According to FAA rules cited by a Logan representative, the public has to be at least 200 feet away while a drone is used for filming. The company paid $11,652 for six hours of access, but neighborhood group Protect Coit Tower is having none of it, objecting that the closure means hundreds of visitors will be turned away.
